Upgrade and Redesign

I made a few design changes to the website to make it more eye-pleasing. I decided to change the heading component to use a typewriter effect which introduces me from the start (which I think is a good idea), and the section panels to fade in from the side as you scroll. I also upgraded the project to NextJS v13 and enabled more optimization flags. This wasn't as easy as I thought 😅 but hopefully the website will be lighter and faster.
